Refund Policy

We aim to deliver transparent and reliable services. Refunds depend on the type of service and are only possible within the timelines and conditions below.

Consultancy fees are non-refundable once processing has begun or documents have been submitted to the authorities. If you cancel before document submission, a partial refund may be considered.

Cancellations within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, excluding service charges. After 48 hours, refunds depend on the supplier's policy (airline, hotel or embassy).

If a delay is caused by a technical issue or a mistake on our side, you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund starts.

We do not refund for change of mind, incomplete documents provided by the client, or a refusal by the embassy or consulate due to client-side issues.
